Trial production celebration grandly held

The trial production celebration ceremony for the relocation project of Anhui Jindu Shield New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and Anhui Jindu Coatings Co., Ltd. was grandly held in the Chemical Industry Park of Tongcheng Town, Tianchang City, Chuzhou City on November 18, 2023. Attending the ceremony were Zhao Senghua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Tianchang Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference; Yang Mingxiang, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tongcheng Town; Zheng Ruyuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Mayor of Tongcheng Town; Yin Xiuwu, Deputy Secretary-General of the Tianchang Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference; Wang Guilin, Director of the Chuzhou Tianchang Ecological Environment Sub-bureau; Dong Qingxiang, Chairman of Anhui Jindu Shield New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.; Mei Changlin, General Manager of Anhui Jindu Shield New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.; Hu Lan, Party Secretary of Anhui Jindu Coatings Co., Ltd.; as well as heads of construction and supervision units, and guests including suppliers and sales representatives from Jindu New Materials, Jindu Coatings, and Hongsheng Chemicals. After the ceremony began, Mei Changlin, General Manager of Jindu New Materials, introduced the construction of the new factory area jointly invested by Jindu Coatings and Hongsheng Chemicals. Subsequently, Zhao Senghua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Tianchang Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, announced the commencement of trial production at the new factory area.
Anhui Jindu Shield New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. covers an area of 145 mu (approximately 96,667 square meters), with a total investment of approximately 500 million yuan, including approximately 300 million yuan in equipment investment. It has seven production workshops, ten Class A, B, and C warehouses, as well as supporting facilities such as a comprehensive building, tank area, fire water pool, sewage treatment plant, central control room, switch room, and power station. The total construction area is 70,000 square meters, with an annual production capacity of over 500,000 tons of coatings, resins, and curing agents. It will become an automated, intelligent, and green fine chemical plant in East China.
After the trial production, Jindu New Materials will feature automated production, intelligent equipment, refined management, and green practices, aiming for low emissions and resource recycling in the production process. Jindu New Materials strictly adheres to national safety and environmental protection regulations, contributing to high-quality development and making better contributions to society.
