On November 18, 2023, the trial‑production ceremony for the comprehensive relocation project of Anhui Jindun New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and Anhui Jindun Coatings Co., Ltd. was solemnly held at the Chemical Industrial Park in Tongcheng Town, Tianchang City, Chuzhou. Attending the event were Zhao Senhua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Tianchang Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference; Yang Mingxiang, Secretary of the Tongcheng Town Party Committee; Zheng Ruyan, Deputy Secretary of the Tongcheng Town Party Committee and Town Mayor; Yin Xiuwu, Deputy Secretary-General of the Tianchang Municipal CPPCC; Wang Guilin, Director of the Ecological Environment Bureau of Tianchang City, Chuzhou; Dong Qingxiang, Chairman of Anhui Jindun New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.; Mei Changlin, General Manager of the company; Hu Lan, Secretary of the Party Branch of Anhui Jindun Coatings Co., Ltd.; as well as heads of the construction and supervision units, and guests from among suppliers and distributors of Jindun New Materials, Jindun Coatings, and Hongsheng Chemical. Following the opening remarks, Mei Changlin, General Manager of Jindun New Materials, presented an overview of the new plant complex jointly invested in by Jindun Coatings and Hongsheng Chemical. Subsequently, Zhao Senhua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Tianchang Municipal CPPCC, officially declared the commencement of trial production at the new facility.
Anhui Jindun New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. occupies a site of 145 mu, with a total investment of approximately RMB 500 million, including about RMB 300 million in equipment. The company has constructed seven production workshops, ten Class A, B, and C warehouses, as well as supporting facilities such as an office‑administrative building, a tank farm, a fire‑water reservoir, a wastewater treatment plant, a central control room, an electrical distribution room, and a power station, for a total floor area of 70,000 square meters. With an annual production capacity of over 500,000 tons of coatings, resins, and curing agents, it is poised to become an automated, intelligent, and environmentally friendly fine‑chemical manufacturing facility in Eastern China.
Following trial production, Jindun New Materials has established automated manufacturing, equipped with intelligent machinery, implemented meticulous management, and embraced green practices. The company is committed to minimizing emissions and promoting resource recycling throughout its production processes.
