On November 18, 2023, the trial production celebration for the comprehensive relocation project of Anhui Jindun New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and Anhui Jindun Coatings Co., Ltd. was solemnly held at the Chemical Industry Park in Tongcheng Town, Tianchang City, Chuzhou. Attending the ceremony were Zhao Senhua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Tianchang Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference; Yang Mingxiang, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tongcheng Town; Zheng Ruyan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Mayor of Tongcheng Town; Yin Xiuwu, Deputy Secretary-General of the Tianchang Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference; Wang Guilin, Director of the Ecological Environment Bureau of Tianchang City, Chuzhou; Dong Qingxiang, Chairman of the Board of Anhui Jindun New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.; Mei Changlin, General Manager of Anhui Jindun New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.; Hu Lan, Secretary of the Party Branch of Anhui Jindun Coatings Co., Ltd.; as well as representatives from construction and supervision firms, suppliers and distributors of Jindun New Materials, Jindun Coatings, and Hongsheng Chemical. After the ceremony commenced, Mei Changlin, General Manager of Jindun New Materials, provided an overview of the new plant site’s construction, which was jointly funded by Jindun Coatings and Hongsheng Chemical. Subsequently, Zhao Senhua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Tianchang Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, officially announced the commencement of trial production at the new plant site.
Anhui Jindun New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. covers an area of 145 acres with a total investment of approximately RMB 500 million, of which about RMB 300 million is allocated to equipment. The company has constructed seven production workshops, ten warehouses classified as Class A, B, and C, as well as supporting auxiliary facilities including a comprehensive office building, a tank farm, a fire water reservoir, a wastewater treatment plant, a central control room, a switchgear room, and a power station. The total floor area amounts to 70,000 square meters, with an annual production capacity of over 500,000 tons of coatings, resins, and curing agents, positioning the company to become a highly automated, intelligent, and eco‑friendly fine chemical plant in the East China region.
After commencing trial production, Jindun New Materials has embraced automated manufacturing, equipped with intelligent devices and implementing refined management practices while prioritizing sustainability. The company is committed to achieving low emissions and resource recycling throughout the production process. Jindun New Materials strictly adheres to national safety and environmental protection regulations, striving to promote high‑quality development and make greater contributions to society.
