Subsequent coating: Epoxy iron oxide primer, epoxy topcoat, epoxy asphalt, polyurethane paint, etc.

    Surface Treatment

Steel with oxide scale: Sandblasting to Sa2.5 grade.

Steel without oxide scale: Use light sandblasting or elastic abrasive wheels, wire wheels to remove loose rust and roughen the substrate.

Welding, cutting or fire-corrected burnt areas: Remove slag and spatter, grind smooth, and then grind to St3 grade with elastic abrasive wheels.

Before construction, ensure the area is clean and dry.
