Flash Point 27℃ Matching Follow-up coating: various alkyd and phenolic resin topcoats, etc.
Surface Treatment Steel with scale: Sand blasting to Sa2.5 grade.
Steel without scale: Use light sweep blasting or elastic abrasive wheels, wire wheels to remove loose rust and roughen the substrate.
Welding, cutting or fire correction burn areas: Remove slag and spatter, grind smooth, and then polish to St3 grade with an elastic abrasive wheel.
Before construction, ensure the area is clean and dry.
Limitations The substrate temperature must be 3℃ above the dew point, and the relative humidity of the environment should not exceed 85%.
