Air SprayThinner Use 103 thinner in special cases Cleaning Agent 103 Thinner Recommended Number of Coats 2 coats Storage Store in a cool, dry environment. Shelf life is 12 months. Packaging Specifications 615, 20kg per drum Flash Point 26℃ Matching Follow-up coating: Ethylene connecting paint or ethylene epoxy paint Surface Treatment Steel with scale: Sandblasted to Sa2.5 grade.
Steel without scale: Polished with elastic abrasive wheel to St2 grade, or sandblasted to Sa2.5 grade.
Steel coated with shop primer: Can only be applied to clean, dry, intact and approved shop primer.
Welding, flame cutting or fire correction burn areas: Polished with elastic abrasive wheel to St3 grade.
Remove all oil stains and debris from the shop primer film.
Limitations The substrate temperature must be 3℃ above the dew point, and the relative humidity of the environment must not exceed 85%.
Vegetable oil has a swelling effect on this product.
The recoating interval must be controlled.
